Over her 13 year career, Eguono has advised clients on real estate transactions and been involved in title investigations, transaction structuring, contract negotiation, preparation and review of contracts of sale,
deeds of assignment, leases, facility usage licenses and joint development agreements. Between Oct – Dec 2016, he was advising the Federal Government of Nigeria on the implementation of their infrastructure program. Up until February 2016, he was the Vice President for Infrastructure, Private Sector and Regional Integration at the African Development Bank (AfDB), with responsibilities including the Bank's Power, Infrastructure, Private Sector Operations; Financial Institutions/Markets & Equity, including Private Equity Funds; NEPAD and Regional Projects. He was previously the Deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer of the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), an International Organization
established and headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, and initially capitalized in 2007 at over US$1 billion.
Immediately prior to this Mr. Asamoah was the Vice President for Private Sector and International Investments at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA), based in Johannesburg. Mr. Asamoah was formerly the Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Managing Director of the World Bank based in Washington D.C., and later became a Principal Investment Officer at the IFC in Johannesburg, leading IFC's activities across Africa in the ICT sector. Prior to this, Mr. Asamoah was an investment banker in the City of London with HSBC Markets. He has a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College in London.
Geoffrey White, CEO of Agility Africa, is an expert on infrastructure development, retail supply chains, agri-business, and investment for African markets. Mustapha Njie (TAF), is the man behind the success called TAF AFRICA GLOBAL LIMITED, a company registered in 8 African countries with dominance in Gambia and Nigeria. Mustapha has been involved in the development of the GIETAF Special Economic Zone in Gambia, the design and development of the RIVTAF Golf Estate, Port Harcourt in Nigeria as well as the design, development and furnishing of the the 52 A.U Presidential villas in Gambia. He was recently awarded the GBB Best Affordable Housing of the Year 2018 and the CNBC/AABLA Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 (West Africa). Mustapha has also taken part in a number of conferences including the Annual Africa Business Conference at Harvard Business School 2019 and 2003 (panellist), Africa CEO Forum 2019 (panellist) and the Wharton Business School 2004 (panellist).
Olumayowa Ogunwemimo is the Managing Director of FSDH Asset Management. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She rose through the corporate ladder at FSDH Asset Management to become Managing Director having served in various units of FSDH Merchant Bank such as Risk Management, Research and FSDH Asset Management Ltd. She currently oversees the Fund Management of the UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust, which was the first, and is currently the largest REIT in Nigeria.
Ifeoma Ezeokafor is a Principal Investment Officer at IFC, focused on project and corporate finance and is the Sector Lead for the tourism, retail and property sectors in the Sub-Saharan Africa. She has been with IFC since 2000 and her past investment experience also includes the health, education and manufacturing sectors. Her geographical coverage originating and executing transactions has been
in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and Eastern Europe.
Prior to IFC, Ifeoma was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and before that worked with SecTrust (now Afrinvest West Africa). She has an MBA, from INSEAD, France, a Master of Banking & Finance from University of Lagos, Nigeria and is a Chartered Accountant.
Timi is the Commercial Manager at Agility Logistics Parks based in Lagos, Nigeria, where he isresponsible for sales and marketing of the 500,000m2 Agility warehouse park under construction on the Lagos-Ibadan Express Way that is opening early 2020, providing industrial real estate solutions and services to both national and international corporate clients requiring space for storage, distribution, packing, processing and manufacturing. He also oversees the evaluation of further warehouse park locations across Nigeria and executes the corporate marketing plans at the country level for Agility Logistics Parks. Before assuming his current role, Timi was the Commercial and Industrial Sales Manager at Rendeavour, Africa’s largest new private city builder, where he was responsible for leading the industrial, commercial and residential sales drive in Alaro City. Prior to this, he was at JLL, a Fortune 500, global, commercial real estate services firm specializing in real estate and investment management, where he was responsible for managing and delivering solutions to corporate clients, negotiations, strategic advisory services and providing innovative marketing solutions. He served in various capacities within real estate advisory, management and consulting services both at Trollope Property Services, Signature Group Limited as well as Fine and Country International Realty. Timi holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and is a Chartered Surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with a specialty in Commercial Property Practice. He is also an Associate member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
Kunle is the Managing Director of Ecobank Capital, Nigeria and the Group Head of Real Estate for Ecobank Transnational Inc. (ETI). Prior to joining ETI in 2012, he spent most of his professional career in Jones Lang LaSalle in London where he was Chair of Lead Directors in Corporate Finance covering advisory, debt and structured finance. In addition, Kunle is responsible for all of ETI’s non-core and real estate investment assets’ related business across Africa. He has led numerous project teams, advised major institutions and corporations on financial transactions. Kunle holds a B.Sc (Hons) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and has attended various management courses in INSEAD and Warwick University, UK.
Funke is a Director in the real estate team at Actis, based in Lagos. Funke joined the firm in 2007 where she is responsible for origination, execution and portfolio management in West Africa. Funke has over 15 years’ experience in private equity with the last 5 years focused on investing in Commercial Real Estate. Funke is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos and a Master in Finance from the London Business School.
Kofi Addo has had a considerable experience in international trade, public sector policy and management for a period of almost twenty years. His core expertise includes Policy Analysis, Trade Analysis, Business Development, Investment Appraisal etc. As Minister Counsellor and Head of Trade and Investment Section of the Ghana High Commission, UK, his primary responsibility is to advise the Government on matters relating to Trade and Investment promotion and to aggressively promote and protect Ghana’s commercial interest in United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland as well as the world at large.
In addition, he undertakes market intelligence activities to enhance bilateral trade between Ghana and especially UK and present policy documents of Government at various institutions. Dr. Obaleye has attended many high-profile seminars, symposia, training workshops, conferences, and courses locally and internationally, and delivered thought-provoking papers in diverse fields of human endeavor, spanning banking and finance, mortgage and real estate, leadership, human capital development, corporate strategy, and business process re-engineering. Dr. Obaleye is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). An alumnus of Wharton Business School, Philadelphia, USA. He is a seasoned administrator, mortgage and real estate development expert with over 25 years of banking experience. He has a deep belief in the possibility of shelter for all through an efficient and effective mortgage system anchored on proper policy and legislation that have the capacity to create a much-needed enabling environment. He has participated in various national high-ranking policy reform committees on real estate and mortgage banking. Presently, he is serving as the Chairman, Audit Committee at NMRC, Publicity Secretary of MBAN, and member CBN-OFISD committee on consumer education among others.
Dr. Andrew Nevin is Partner, Chief Economist and FS Advisory Leader for PwC Nigeria. He has almost 30 years’ professional experience and has lived in Asia, North America, and Europe. Andrew has extensive experience helping global companies enter and expand in Nigeria/Africa. He recently returned to become Global Leader of Project Blue, now focused on both envisioning and shaping the Future of Financial Services. He holds a PhD: Economics, an MA: Philosophy and Politics, and a BSc (Hon): Computer Science and Mathematics. He was named Strategy Consultant of the Year 2010 by the Management Consultants Association (UK).
Greg is the Founder & CEO of Africa Works, a pioneering and innovative workplace solution provider in Africa. Africa Works provides Design & Build services as well as Flexible Workplaces solutions to Global Corporates in 12+ countries through 9 offices on the continent. After 7 years in Kenya, Greg recently relocated back to his home-town – Paris. Greg is also the Co Founder of the French African Foundation as well as the French Chamber of Commerce in Kenya.
A registered and chartered architect with over 30 years’ experience in Nigeria and the UK, Erejuwa is an experienced real estate and property consultant, with experience of working within Nigeria’s fast-paced real estate market. Having worked for many years in the UK, Erejuwa returned to Nigeria in 2008 to head up Broll Property Services Ltd., (the Nigerian affiliate of CBRE), a position she held for over 5 years. During her tenure, she interfaced with numerous clients including Chapel Hill Denham, The Rivers’ State Government, Airtel, Maersk, the UK Foreign Office, the US Consulate and Southern Energyx to name a few, as well as many financial based institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, Actis, FBN Capital, Stanbic IBTC, AXA-Mansard, African Capital Alliance and Alpine, steering the company from a little-known real estate firm, into the foremost, all-inclusive property services firm in Nigeria In 2014, Erejuwa first consulted for the prestigious UK firm, Cluttons LLP, then was appointed CEO of the Nigerian subsidiary, with the mandate to grow that firm in the Nigerian real estate space. The
oldest property services firm in the UK, Cluttons LLP was also the first ‘foreign’ firm to enter the UAE real estate space. During its short stay in Nigeria, Cluttons grew to having four retails malls, one residential and one commercial property under management, plus consulted for the likes of Shell, Cummins, Huawei, Nokia, AXA-Mansard, Harps, Afriland and South Energyx.

Simon holds a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School, France and a Master in Real Estate from the European Business School, Germany.
Anthony is the Managing Partner of IBC Equity Partners Limited, an Accra based private equity and transactions advisory firm. Anthony’s areas of expertise include real estate development; private equity; and transactions advisory. Anthony has advised on a number of real estate transactions in hospitality, student housing, offices, and mixed-used development. He is currently the transactions advisor on the Pullman Accra Airport City Hotel and Serviced Apartments project, a 364-key capacity development. Anthony has worked in various leadership capacities as Head of Investment at Venture Capital and Teachers’ Fund at different times; and Transactions Advisor at Ernest & Young, Ghana. Anthony held various analyst positions at Sterling Securities Ltd, where he started his career as investment banker. Anthony graduated from Rhodes University (2001) with a BComm in Economics and Computer Information Systems.
Bolaji Edu is the Broll Nigeria CEO, a position he has held since September 2014. Edu is directly responsible for investment advisory involving the disposal and acquisition of real estate assets. Before joining Broll, he worked at Aviva Investors in the European Real Estate team as an Assistant Fund Manager advising corporate and public-sector pension funds on their real estate portfolios. Prior to that, he worked for JLL as an Associate Director in the Investment Advisory and Strategic Asset Management Team dealing with investment sales and purchases, developments and leasing. Edu has also worked in property management and valuations.
Kola Ashiru-Balogun is the Managing Director of Mixta Nigeria, a position he assumed in January 2015.
Before assuming his current role, Kola served as Vice president of the company and was responsible for the execution of its major projects. Over the years, Kola has also worked in various capacities such as a General Manager of Harbor Point Limited, Manager at Schonbraun McCann Group, Acquisitions Associate at Stonehenge Real Estate Group, and a Research Analyst with Goldman Sachs. Kola obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Bernard Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, New York (USA) and an M.Sc. in Real Estate (with Finance Concentration) from the New York University, New York (USA).
Sam has 20 years post qualification experience majoring in Banking, Debt and Equity Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Advisory Services. He began his Investment Banking career at the Capital Markets Group of NAL Bank Plc, now Sterling Bank Plc. He was a core member of the corporate finance team at Sterling Capital Markets Limited from where he moved to UBA Global Markets, which later became UBA Capital Plc. He left UBA Capital to become a pioneer staff and head of Corporate Finance at Dunn Loren Merrifield from where he moved to Planet Capital Limited as an Associate Director and later Director and head Corporate Finance Advisory Group. Sam has worked on numerous high-profile transactions, raising in excess of $1 billion for various institutions. He is the founder and CEO of Kairos Capital Limited which commenced operations in late 2018. He holds a BSc. Degree (2.1) in Business Management from the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus (1999) and an MBA (Finance), from the University of Lagos (2015). He has attended a number of executive courses: Lagos Business School – Chief Executive Program (2015) and IESE Business School, Barcelona Spain – Advanced Management Program (2015).
Kehinde Ogundimu is the Chief Executive Office of NMRC and a member of the Board of Directors. He joined NMRC as Chief Financial Officer in March 2015 bringing more than 20 years of finance leadership expertise in public accounting, oil & gas, secondary mortgage, commercial banking and executive management experience to his role in NMRC. In his position as Ag. CEO, he is responsible for the overall corporate direction of NMRC. Within Finance, he guides the Controller, Treasury, Tax and Shareholders’ relations to pursue the company’s growth strategy and meet shareholders’ expectations. Prior to joining NMRC, Kehinde worked and held various positions at Capital One Bank, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Chevron and Price waterhouse Coopers. On the Nigerian capital market, Kehinde has led multiple equity and debt financing transactions and raised several millions of dollars equivalent in Nigerian naira. Kehinde holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, Master of Business Administration, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
Andrew is a South African national based in Cape Town with almost 30 years’ experience in the hotel industry. A respected African hotel deal-maker with more than 100 deals across 32 African countries, Andrew is passionate about developing great hotels & resorts engineered to be relevant to both guests and owners. Andrew leads a team of experienced hotel developers with the responsibility to grow the company’s dynamic portfolio of hotels and brands across Africa and Indian Ocean Islands. Andrew’s career in the hotel industry started in 1990 before being formally enrolled in an in-house Hotel Management programme with Protea Hotels. In 1994 he won the Hotel Graduate of the Year Award in South Africa and held various management positions and by 1997 he proudly took over the challenging task of a hotel General Manager. In 1999, he moved on to the position of Group Brand Communications Manager at Protea Hotels. In 2002 Andrew set his foot into the hotel development world as Special Projects Manager at Protea Hotels. In December 2006, Andrew joined Radisson Hotel Group as a Director in Development and he established the group’s presence in the region by opening a dedicated development office in Cape Town. Since opening the development office, the Radisson Hotel Group’s portfolio has grown from 5 hotels in 3 countries in Africa to 100 hotels in 31 countries in Africa, with Andrew taking on more responsibilities and being promoted to Senior Director, then Vice President and then to Senior Vice President Development in May 2016. Radisson Hotel Group has doubled the number of rooms in operation in the region and over the past four years a new hotel is added to the African portfolio every 21 days. According to the latest Africa Pipeline Report by W Hospitality, Radisson Blu brand leads the way with the largest number of hotels under construction in Africa. Radisson Blu brand has held this number 1 position for the last number of years in Africa. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys mountain-biking and spending quality time with his wife and two sons.

He was the pioneer CEO of Guardian Express Mortgage Limited in April 2004 and was appointed Deputy MD/COO of Spring Mortgage Limited. Dr. Johnson is a Fellow of ICAN, a Fellow of CITN, a Fellow of CIBN and an Associate of NYSSCPA. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and he holds a DBA degree in Economics and Finance. He also holds an MBA degree.
Anisha joined the investment team at Grit in May 2017 and is currently the Investment Manager overseeing investment in the North and West African region for Grit. During her tenure in her role, she co-led entry into Ghana, a new investment jurisdiction for Grit and closed three deals in Ghana for the Group. She has five years experience working in real estate investment and finance in the UK and Mauritius. She holds a masters in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics which she passed with distinction and was also awarded Best Performer. She was also awarded the Best Postgraduate Dissertation Award by the Investment Property Forum, UK.

Nonyelim Okolie currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Leadspace, a chain of coworking spaces launched in 2016 to solve the infrastructure deficit that impedes the growth of businesses. Kwabena Boamah, CIPM – Kwabena is the Chief Investment Officer of STANLIB Ghana Limited, with lead oversight for a USD 530 million portfolio. STANLIB Ghana is a subsidiary of the pan African group that spans 8 countries across the continent. A vastly experienced portfolio manager, he has overall oversight responsibility for developing investment strategy, asset allocation and monitoring. Kwabena was at the core of the team that built up the asset management subsidiary of Ecobank Ghana Ltd responsible for managing the firm’s institutional funds. He also worked as an Analyst at Databank Brokerage Ltd. where he held responsibility for the fixed income portfolio. He has also been a stockbroker on the Ghana Stock Exchange. From the USA Daniel has spent the last seven years building Blockchain solutions. Daniel studied at the University of Michigan where he worked at Bitbox, one of the first cryptocurrency exchanges in the USA. Daniel subsequently cofounded the College Cryptocurrency Network (now Blockchain Education Network) a nonprofit that provided Blockchain educational initiatives at Universities in over 10 countries. In 2014 Daniel received a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to develop a Blockchain solution in Ghana which ultimately led to the concept of Seso. Dennis Papa Odenyi Quansah is Program Lead for IFC EDGE Green Building Market Transformation Program in Ghana and Nigeria. He is an Urban Development professional with experience in the built environment in Ghana. His expertise includes Sustainable Real Estate Development, Real Estate Marketing and Agency, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Valuation and Business Development. He has also undertaken socio-economic surveys for voluntary relocation and other resettlement packages. Ayo Ibaru heads the real estate advisory practice at Northcourt. He holds an undergraduate degree in Estate Management and an MBA from the University of Lagos. His previous roles were at Diamond bank (Value Assurance, Insights and Innovation) where he developed frameworks for increased revenue and policy efficiency. At Stanbic IBTC bank, he was part of the Custody/Investor services business where he managed equity and fixed income investments for institutional clients. He also managed enterprise costs at Stanbic IBTC Holding Company. He is a member of the Society of Property Researchers.
Chinwe has over 20 years of experience in strategic advisory, asset management, and portfolio rationalization transactions for various property sectors. She spent 14 years with Jones Lang LaSalle where she opened the West Africa office in Nigeria, established the French International desk in Paris serving global fortune 500 corporates, and worked on PPP Housing Privatization initiatives with the US Military in Washington DC. Chinwe holds an MBA from Harvard, a BA High Honours from Dartmouth and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She sits on the Women In Housing Sector Initiative (WIHSI) board, and serves as a guest lecturer at the Lagos Business School Strategy department.
Tayo Odunsi is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years of professional real estate experience. He holds an undergraduate degree in Estate management from the University of Lagos, a MSc. Real estate finance and investment degree from the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK as well as a MBA from the Imperial College London. Some of his previous roles were at FBN Capital, GTHomes and ARM Investment Managers. Jemil Dawodu brings a wealth of international industry experience to the company. Prior to joining CBRE Excellerate, he worked at various public sector authorities on their real estate portfolio (i.e. Newham, Woolwich, Haringey, Swale etc.), Cluttons LLP, CBRE and Strettons in London as part general practice surveyor, valuation, property management, asset management and corporate real estate. He has a degree in Estate Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Development and Planning from the London South Bank University, UK and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK). 6th December 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) announced that it has agreed to form a joint venture with Excellerate Property Services (Excellerate is the parent company of Holdco EPS Nigeria Limited) to meet the growing demand for high-quality real estate services in Africa and the Middle East. The joint venture, CBRE Excellerate, will merge CBRE’s facilities management operations in Africa and the Middle East with several of Excellerate’ s businesses, including corporate real estate services, facilities management, valuation and project management services as well as property management services outside of South Africa. With the formation of the joint venture, Excellerate will end its affiliation with Cushman & Wakefield. Excellerate will work closely with Cushman & Wakefield to ensure continuity of services for existing client assignments. CBRE’s affiliation with Broll Property Services in South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana and Indian Ocean will also end with the formation of the CBRE Excellerate joint venture. With studies in English (BA Hons.), MBA and a professional programme at the LBS School of Media and Communication, he is currently the Business Development-/Property Manager for the Shoprite Group in Nigeria: overseeing the development strategy and business expansion projects. Trevor Ward is a specialist consultant in the hospitality, leisure and real estate industries. He is the Managing Director of the Lagos-based W Hospitality Group, and Chairman of Hotel Partners Africa. He started his consultancy career in 1983, having previously completed a university degree in hotel management at the University of Surrey, and worked in hotel management positions in the UK. From the late 1980s he has specialised in the provision of advisory services to clients in developing countries, and since 2003 has been based in Nigeria, advising clients there and throughout Africa.
His industry experience spans over 40 years, and includes advising clients on hotel, tourism and leisure development in over 90 countries across the globe, including 39 in Africa. With a
special focus on sub-Saharan Africa, he works with many of the international hotel groups seeking a presence there, and with financial institutions, investors and entrepreneurs across
the continent. He is regarded as one of the foremost experts on the hotel industry in sub-Saharan Africa, and is engaged primarily in development consultancy, ranging from investment appraisals to operator selection, asset management, valuations and agency. In addition to his advisory work, Trevor is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, for which he is their Ambassador for Africa, and a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants. Dr Tunde Sodade is currently the Managing Director of Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited, the special purpose vehicle through which the Lagos State Government promotes, develops and manages the development of the Lekki Free Trade Zone. Prior to founding LandWey, he worked as Head, Business Development, Creativity and Strategy at Eagles Insight and Innovations and Co-founded Nigerian Property Investments Group; a real estate platform for Nigerians in diaspora. Olawale is a business strategist that has spent most of his career in Business Development, Innovations & Strategy. An alumnus of Lagos Business School with an MBA from the London Metropolitan School of Business, a diploma from Harvard Business School in Boston where he studied Real Estate Management, Finance, Design and Leadership and a bachelors’
degree from Tai Solarin University, Nigeria where he studied Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering. He sits on the board of over 10 high profile businesses, and is a member of the

He served as the President of the Nigerian Advocates for Positive Change and the Senior Director of the Beyond School Initiative Organisation. Tola is an investment banker and has had various roles within corporate and investment banking with specializations in Real Estate Finance and Project & Structured Finance. He has over 15 years of in-country and regional work experience (including Nigeria, Ghana and Cote D’Ivoire) which spans across various asset classes (with an estimated portfolio size over US$1.5 billion) within the real estate sector. In addition, his project finance deal mandates include debt capital raising for major infrastructural projects in the oil & gas and industrial sectors. His early work experience include treasury operations and commercial banking roles in Fidelity Bank and Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank) in Nigeria respectively.
Tola has a first degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and master degree in International Money, Finance & Investments from Durham University, UK. He obtained a RICS Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management and MBA in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University College of Estate Management, Reading, UK. His research project themed “Africa – The Next Frontier?” focused on the impact of real estate funds on commercial real estate development in sub Saharan Africa. In addition, he has attended a number of dedicated real estate training and conferences both regionally and internationally. Tola has been actively involved in a number of real estate industry advocacy committees set up to engage key regulators to unblock constraints to catalyse the growth and development of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Mark heads up the West Africa business for Turner & Townsend and is responsible for driving growth into the region. Prior to that he led the development of the business’s East Africa Hub
strategy and was responsible for the Turner & Townsend offices within the hub. He has also headed up Turner & Townsend’s Energy business in Africa previously. He has over 20 years’
experience in Project Management and Project Controls in the Oil & Gas, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors, with vast experience in complex projects through the various stages from
feasibility through to execution and close out. He has travelled extensively across Africa to consult and set up project controls teams or to assist clients with existing projects in both Up and
Downstream Oil & Gas projects.
Tunde McIver is the founder of MusterPoint Coworking Space. He is an innovative product developer with over 9 years’ experience in designing and developing innovative products that enhance productivity and solve problems in Africa. He was part of the team that developed Service Care an electronic real-time customer feedback solution. In 2017 he founded MusterPoint Coworking Space a workspace solution company seeking to enhance workspace experience in Africa through the development of well curated, distributed and energy efficient Workspaces.
With over 15 years of international experience in real estate, construction, engineering and project management, Bachir has impacted the ability of companies he has served with to create
and protect value in the face of critical business risks and opportunities. He also thrives in maintaining relationships with a network of experts in the real estate field of equity sourcing,
development, construction, and property management. He currently holds the position of General Manager at Urban Shelter Limited – a leading real estate company located in Abuja, FCT in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In his current position, he has been successful in creating new businesses worth over $100 million dollars, and prior to his foray into the Business Development world, he served in construction project management at Clark Construction, LLC in Washington, DC. Bachir is a member, and serves on committees of various engineering, project management and real estate affiliated organization in Nigeria and the Washington, DC area such as National Society of Professional Engineers, U.S. Green Building Council and District of Columbia Building Industry Association. He holds a dual Master’s degree in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia and an executive degree in Real Estate Management & Finance from Harvard University.
Tilda currently works as part of the Development Consultancy and Research team based in Dubai focusing on covering property market research across the African continent. Tilda is tasked with coordinating research among the Knight Frank offices in Africa, covering a range of property market sectors including the commercial, residential, hospitality and specialist sectors such as healthcare and education. Prior to joining Knight Frank in 2019, Tilda worked as a researcher in Kenya and the broader African context. Her work ranges from the publication of academic papers, market reports to public sector research. In 2018 she was part of the working committee on police housing reforms in Kenya. Tilda holds a Bachelors in Real Estate Management from the University of Nairobi.
Daniel is a senior investment professional with Verod Capital Management Limited, one of West Africa’s leading Private Equity Firms. He is responsible and serves on the board of a number of Verod’s portfolio companies including Greensprings School, Rainbow College, Pampers School (K-12), Transnational Academic Group (Higher Education), Rotopint (Manufacturing), GZ Industries (Manufacturing), CSCS (Financial Services) and Daystar Power (C&I Solar). He has over 10 years of professional experience, primarily in private equity and corporate finance. He
holds a BSc in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University and a Business Strategy Certification from the Johnson College of Business, Cornell University.
